1. Who runs the Pankali Matrimony?
It is a nonprofit venture of the Department of Family Apostolate of the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly.

2 Where is its office?
At present it has two offices: the Head office at Renewal Centre, Kaloor, Ernakulam, Cochin 682 017. (Phone 0484 2533077/2346437) and the Branch office at Jeevalaya Family Centre, Chengal, Kalady-683574 (Phone 0484 2462607).

3 What is the aim of Pankali Matrimony?
Pankali Matrimony helps its members to find out their God Chosen life partners in a catholic environment with proper guidance.

4 How can I become a member?
You can become a member by registering either online or direct at any of the above offices.

5. Who is a free member?
A free member is one who has registered online without any payment. He/she can search through the data and send predefined messages to favourite profiles but no personal contact details will be available.

6. Who is a premium member?
One becomes a premium member by paying the Registration fee of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) for one year provided you renew the membership within six months at the payment of Rs. 500/-(Rupees five hundred only). He/she will be able to search through the data and have personal contact details of those who have agreed to provide them without prior request.

7. What should I do to list my profile in the home page of www.pankali.com?
A Premium Member can request by paying additional Rs. 250/-(Rupees two hundred and fifty only) to avail this facility for a period of four months.

8. How can I pay the registration fee?
You can transfer the payment either electronically (NRFT) or directly at your bank or can make direct payment in any Pankali office. Given below is the account details to which you have to transfer the amount. After the transfer, please visit your profile and fill in the payment/upgrade column.

9. How can I log into www.pankali.com?
To log into pankali.com you should register in Pankali Matrimony either online or offline. At your registration you will receive a User Id i.e the Nmber starting from PAN00….. and a password. Use these details to long in. The password can be changed by the member at his own will. But needs to be careful while entering the password, If you enter the password wrongly for more than two times, you will be blocked. In that case, you have to contact the Pankali office for clearing your account.

10. How do I find out a marriage partner through Pankali?
As a paid Member of Pankali Matrimony, you can search through the data provided in www.pankali.com and personally contact the interested parties over phone or through messages for which special buttons are provided. Pankali Matrimony may make its own searches and let you know the details of the members who express interest in your profile. However, to find your future partner faster you have to check your email and profile regularly.

11. Does Pankali Matrimony expect any commission from me, when I succeed in finding the marriage partner via Pankali? 
No! This is a service rendered by the FACE (Family. Apostolate. Centre. Ernakulum_. But as you know, you may donate voluntarily to our Marriage and Family Welfare Fund.

12. How many photos can I upload in the site?
You can upload maximum of five photos; one among them can be selected as the profile picture.

13. Can I keep my photo and contact invisible?
Yes, if you wish that your photo or contact details should not be given to another member without your permission, you can choose while you register the option to protect the file.

14. What is the unique feature of Pankali Matrimony?
We provide not only the data of your possible future life partners, but also guide you throughout the process with adequate counseling.

15. Is there any supplementary service from FACE (Family Apostolate Centre Ernakulam)?
Yes, apart from Pankali Matrimony, we conduct Pankali Darsan for marriage aspirants for a better selection of the marriage partner and Vivaha Darsan for the selected brides and grooms. We also conduct Snehaprasadham for married couples for enriching their relationship.
